03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, phlboss5's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall phlboss5's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlboss5 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Extended account inactivity, as defined in phlboss5's dormant account policy.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may voluntarily close your phlboss5 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phlboss5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phlboss5 will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
